Our assessment will typically include the following:
- Discussion of your current mobility needs: We will ask about any conditions affecting your mobility to determine your needs and aspirations.
- Measurements and dimensions: We will take measurements of your body, including your height, weight, and reach, as well as the dimensions of your home and other environments where you will be using the equipment.
- Evaluation of your functional abilities: We will observe you performing various tasks, such as transferring from a bed to a wheelchair, getting in and out of a car, and navigating different types of terrain, to assess your functional abilities and identify any areas where you may need assistance.
- Discussion of your preferences and budget: We will discuss your preferences for features and accessories based on your needs while considering your budget. We will then present you with specific options for your situation.
Our commitment extends beyond sales to encompass comprehensive repair services for all our mobility equipment. Our team comprises seasoned technicians ready to swiftly and efficiently address any issues with your mobility equipment. In addition to responsive repairs, we also provide scheduled planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and servicing, ensuring the ongoing reliability and optimal performance of your equipment. Standard deliveries
All orders are promptly processed upon completion of payment.
Our courier service typically delivers orders within 5-7 working days, excluding bank and public holidays.
(a) Next day deliveries:
Next-day deliveries are available, contingent upon stock availability and must be ordered before 10 am the day before. For expedited service, please place next-day delivery orders over the phone.
(b) International delivery charges:
Deliveries to Northern Ireland (NI) or other international destinations outside the UK will incur additional charges. For precise details on international or overseas delivery charges, please reach out to us for comprehensive information.
Assisted install and deliveries
Upon confirming your order and its receipt by us, we will collaboratively establish a mutually agreeable date for delivery and/or installation. Subsequently, you will receive a notification specifying the date and a designated morning or afternoon timeframe for your item’s delivery and/or installation.
If you cannot honour this appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation and rescheduling. Should cancellations occur with less than 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to levy charges for redelivery and/or installation, along with any storage costs incurred in the return and storage of your goods in our warehouse.
Assisted deliveries or “white glove” deliveries are delivered using trained staff that will bring the item into your home, set it up for you and test the item before leaving with all packaging . We will fully assemble and demonstrate the product upon delivery.
Please note that we are not liable for delays or cancellations in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as stock availability issues and other unforeseen events. However we will communicate with you to keep you informed. Your understanding in these matters is greatly appreciated.
Delivery charges
Items that can be purchased via our online cart will automatically show the available delivery options in the checkout. If you raise an enquiry for an item that requires an assessment or survey, we will include delivery option on the quote that we raise after the assessment or survey is completed.

Our returns policy varies depending on the nature of the item we have provided to you.
Bespoke & infection control items
Bespoke items are those that have been specially built, ordered or adapted for you. Infection control items are those such as (toileting products, PPE, garments, consumables, incontinence, pressure care, toileting and bathing products, seating accessories etc.) where once purchased the item may not be re-sold. Once these items have been specially ordered, the purchase price is payable in full and these items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Standard “off the shelf” items
These items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. All returns will be subject to a re-stocking charge. The re-stocking charge will be based on a percentage of the purchase price and is calculated depending on the nature of the product, the delay in return and the condition of the product on its return. It might include labour, parts packaging and any other subsequent loss to the business to make the particular item resalable.
All goods are to be returned at the senders cost, unless the goods are faulty upon receipt. We recommend highly recommend using a “signed for” delivery service to ensure that the consignment can be tracked.
