Individual items, such as a mobile hoist or profiling bed, can also be hired or bought alongside a package.
Is the Gold Palliative package suitable for end-of-life care at home?
Yes, the Gold Palliative package is designed specifically for end-of-life and complex care at home, combining an alternating air mattress for pressure injury prevention, a high/low profiling bed for pain management positioning, a riser recliner for dignified seated time, a mobile hoist for gentle transfers and a wheeled shower commode for safe hygiene routines. Yes, care equipment hired for someone with a disability or long-term health condition qualifies for VAT relief, applied automatically at checkout when medical details are provided.
